Ms. Fitzpatrick has been practicing for over eighteen years, with many years of both big firm experience and as in-house counsel, representing all types of business organizations and individuals in a wide range of matters.  Ms. Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, including negotiation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation and appellate practice in the state courts and federal district and bankruptcy courts, as well as in real estate and corporate transactions.  Ms. Fitzpatrick's background in commercial leasing, loan closings, real property and asset acquisitions and sales, contract negotiation and drafting, combined with her extensive experience in litigation and mediation of commercial matters, including contract disputes, disputes among members of partnerships and closely held corporations, creditor claims, uniform commercial code issues, termination of franchisees and distributorships, real estate litigation and business torts, provides her clients with a uniquely broad range of knowledge to handle the many aspects of their business' legal needs.  The many facets of Ms. Fitzpatrick's experience make her equally comfortable doing business deals or litigating to enforce them.
