Ms. Stadler is an associate in the firm's Corporate Law group. Ms. Stadler has excellent academic credentials and prior big firm experience and has been an asset to MLG since joining the firm shortly after it opened. Ms. Stadler has experience in all aspects of corporate and business practice including a broad range of complex transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Ms. Stadler specializes in private placements and venture capital transactions, including but not limited to, drafting offering memoranda, securities purchase agreements and other transactional documents, Form D filings, and blue sky filings.
