Ms. Wolk chairs the firm's Trust and Estates Department.  She has over 15 years in estate planning, trust and estate administration, federal income, state and gift taxation law, guardianship proceedings and fiduciary litigation.  Ms. Wolk works with accountants, investment advisors, trust officers, insurance professionals and other professional advisors to provide the firm's clients with sophisticated estate planning techniques, including assistance with intergenerational transfer of wealth and complex vehicles to minimize estate tax liability.  Ms. Wolk also oversees all aspects of estate administration, including probate, marshaling and valuation of assets, accounting, settlement agreements, will contests, intestate matters, Surrogate's Court practice, preparation of federal and estate gift and tax returns and charitable giving.
