Ms. Goldberg is an attorney in the firm's Corporate group. Her practice focuses on a broad range of complex corporate and commercial transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, joint ventures, partnerships and strategic alliances, and drafting and negotiation of corporate and commercial contracts. Ms. Goldberg also has substantial experience in handling commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, mortgages and leases. Ms. Goldberg previously served as an in-house transactional and regulatory attorney for the Consumer Finance Operations of the CIT Group.
In 2001, Ms. Goldberg was elected to the Livingston Board of Education. She served as Vice President from May 2004-April 2005 and President May 2005-April 2006. As of May 2008, she was again elected President of the Livingston Board of Education.
