Ms. Rosenberg is a co-founder of MLG and a member of its Corporate Law group. Ms. Rosenberg's practice encompasses middle-market business representation, corporate and transactional matters as well as employment and labor law matters.
Ms. Rosenberg previously served as in-house counsel for a well established national manufacturing company, where she gained expertise in the special needs of manufacturing clients. As a result, she is able to provide a wide range of advice and guidance unique to the manufacturing industry such as drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, advice and counsel relating to health, safety and environmental concerns including OSHA audits, wage and hour issues, plant shutdowns and reductions in work force as well as other specialized human resource matters. Prior to her in-house position, Ms. Rosenberg devoted her practice to complex employment and labor law issues including, reviewing and drafting employee handbooks and manuals, policies and procedures, disciplinary matters as well as employment litigation and arbitrations, and collective negotiations.
