Diversity - Fighting to Make a Difference
McDonald Law Group is committed to diversity and continues to make a
difference for women and minorities in the community. Although McDonald
Law Group is a small firm, it has been committed to diversity programs such as
Equality Scholarships at Rutgers Law School – Newark and LSAT Preparation
Scholarships at Rutgers University – Newark and New Jersey City University.
The firm continues to handle legal matters for women and minorities on a pro-bono basis. MLG actively participates in the Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project. The firm's Director of Diversity volunteers as a pro bono attorney to represent Morris County women who are victims of domestic violence. The firm's lawyers are encouraged to devote time during the work day to handle pro-bono matters.
The firm's supportive and caring environment stems from its partners and their personal commitment to community activism and to making a difference for those
in need.
